Fill out a Whole Child profile if:
- You know you need assistance for your child or family
- You don't know if your children or family needs assistance
- You don't think you need assistance, but want to help gather census data for our community
We urge every parent of a child under age 6 to complete the profile, whether they need services or not. By taking a “census” of our youngest residents, Leon County will be better able to meet the needs of our children and families and eliminate gaps over time. Click and be counted!
Data collected can be used to support funding requests to implement specific services identified as a need in the community, expand existing services that are at capacity but continually identified as a need, and provide a demographic snapshot based upon services and need of Leon County’s residents.
Here’s how it works:
- Answer questions about your children and family. This is your family's Whole Child Profile.
- The system matches your family to community services.
- The services you choose create your family’s confidential Whole Child Plan.
- If you choose, a Whole Child Advisor can help you complete your profile or explain community services.
