Action Teams and Steering Committee
Whole Child Leon is primarily led by a volunteer Steering Committee and 6 "Action Teams,"in partnership with a small, but dedicated staff, the Professional Network, and the Leadership Council.
Action Teams
Each of the 6 Action Teams delves into respective aspects of nurturing a Whole Child. Teams are made up of leaders in the community, some with extensive knowledge on the subject, some bring the gift of a new perspective, all have a passion for children. Some Teams are currently focusing on research and identifying gaps, while others are focusing on developing tools and activities to assist parents and care-givers.
