Family Advisors

Family Advisors assist and support families in completing their personal profile and assist them in getting connected to the resources that can assist them. Many providers have trained Advisors on staff to assist their clients, and individual volunteers can be trained as Advisors to serve families within their own communities.

Training Academy

The Whole Child Training Academy, a partnership established in 2007 with United Way of the Big Bend, Tallahassee Community College and Leon County Schools, was created to train providers and volunteers on the Whole Child Connection and the Whole Child philosophy. Converted space at Wesson School now serves as a permanent home for the Whole Child Training Academy.
