95210: The Whole Picture of Health
95210: The Whole Picture of Health
95210: The Whole Picture of Health is a health and wellness initiative of the leadership team for Tallahassee ACHIEVE efforts. This team, referred to as the Community Health Action and Response Team (or CHART), provides access and opportunities to strengthen community networks focused on developing and implementing policy, systems and environmental change strategies.
It is strong collaboration, coupled with community ownership, that has driven 95210: The Whole Picture of Health (95210:TWPH) to its status now as a community‐wide effort to improve health and influence policy change that began in our childcare centers. The simple messaging of 95210:TWPH is intended to promote behavioral and policy change around sleep, nutrition, physical activity, recreational screen time and tobacco.
95210:TWPH has since evolved into the backbone for Tallahassee's comprehensive efforts to change health‐related policy and environmental factors in our schools, worksites, hospitals, and the community‐at‐large.
