Madison County Health Department The Madison County Health Department is open Monday 8:00am - 8:00pm Tuesday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Prenatal and postnatal care to pregnant women. PEPW provides temporary Medicaid coverage for pregnant women until eligibility is determined.
